4-H Volunteers
If you would like to be a Madison County 4-H Volunteer please complete the Volunteer Application Packet and Florida 4-H participation Form. Mail completed forms to the address in the contact section of this page.
If a background check has not already been completed at your current employment (or if your current employment will not release the information to us) you will need to go to the Madison County Sheriff's Office located at the Madison County Courthouse with a picture ID and fill out the required form. The Madison County Sheriff's Office will complete a background check for 4-H volunteering purposes.

Training Sessions
Volunteer Training opportunities will take place throughout the year. Taking part in these training's is a great way for you to grow as a volunteer and better serve your youth and community! Would you like a training session to be held on a certain topic? Email Diann and let her know!
